NST Crossflow Steel Cooling Tower
NST Series is a complete steel open-type cooling tower with a high-strength steel frame. This series is available in single-cell in numerous modular cooling tower combinations are created to satisfy varied needs. Heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and light to medium industrial applications all heavily utilize this cooling tower.
The series features space-saving and lightweight structures. Crossflow towers allow for easier inspection and maintenance, with an access door and internal walkway. All parts of the cooling tower are elaborately designed so that the tower is durable, and easily installed or dismantled for future spare part replacement.

Long Service Life:
The heavy mill galvanized steel is the industry standard. The tower structure can be upgraded to stainless steel.
Low Operating Cost:
High-efficiency heat transfer materials, fans, gravity-flow water distribution, and effective mechanical drive systems combine to provide optimum cooling with the least amount of energy consumption.
Long Noise Fan:
The low noise axial fan offers sound levels that satisfy the standards for moderate sound levels. Models are configured using premium efficiency motors, quiet reducer with matched gear sets and high solidity premium efficiency motors.
Handrail and Caged Ladder
Provide fall protection for the climber in case slips while climbing or walking on cooling tower.
Premium Efficiency Motor (IE2 / IE3 / IE4)
Other efficiency motors are avaialble for energy saving and green building index.
Vibration Cut-Off Switch
Senses vibration and triggers alarm to shuts down the machine if vibration exceeds the threshold level.
Automatic Lubrication System
Lubricates the bearing continuously while the machine is working, which improves the distribution of lubricant.
Spring Isolators
Reduce the transmission of noise, shock, and vibration produced by mechanical equipment and cooling tower.
Gear Drive System
Gearboxes and drive shafts are available to ensure reliability and long life in the demanding environment of a cooling tower.
