THR Crossflow Cooling Tower
THR Series is an induced draft cross flow, film filled, FRP multi-cell rectangular cooling tower. The series features low drift loss and super low noise. All parts of the cooling tower are elaborately designed so that the tower is light weight and durable, and easily installed. The design flexibility allows for customization to even smaller footprint, even lower noise level, and better energy efficiency. The nozzle-free gravitational type distribution system lowers the pump head required for the circulation pump. The THR series has been designed in accordance with CTI Standard STD-201.

HVAC and Industrial Application:
THR cooling towers are made of fiberglass with a galvanized steel substructure, with crossflow infill, and are designed to handle air conditioning and refrigeration system, as well as light to medium industrial process loads on clean water.
Cooling Tower Design:
Tower selections offer numerous box sizes, either factory assembled or field erected. It features components of industrial quality that have been field tested and has been specifically created for sound control and tonnage density.
Long Service Life:
Threcell cooling towers are made of durable components, fiberglass reinforced polyester (F.R.P.). Wetted components of FRP perform reliably in hot and moist cooling tower confines. To endure exposure to extremely severe environments, steel support structure alternatives include hot-dip galvanized steel, 304 stainless steel, and 316 stainless steel.
Low Operating Cost:
The combination of highly effective infill and fan systems, gravity-flow water distribution, and mechanical drive systems maximizes cooling while minimizing fan power consumption.
Handrail and Caged Ladder
Provide fall protection for the climber in case slips while climbing or walking on cooling tower.
Premium Efficiency Motor (IE2 / IE3 / IE4)
Other efficiency motors are avaialble for energy saving and green building index.
Vibration Cut-Off Switch
Senses vibration and triggers alarm to shuts down the machine if vibration exceeds the threshold level.
Automatic Lubrication System
Lubricates the bearing continuously while the machine is working, which improves the distribution of lubricant.
Spring Isolators
Reduce the transmission of noise, shock, and vibration produced by mechanical equipment and cooling tower.
Gear Drive System
Gearboxes and drive shafts are available to ensure reliability and long life in the demanding environment of a cooling tower.
FRP Fan Blades
Provide the desired non-corrosive quality to the fan blades, resulting the operation of fans in the very aggressive environment.
Internal Piping
THR provides an inner piping arrangement, which keeps the outer maintenance area pipe free. It is easier and safer for people to maintain the tower, and it can save the cost of outer piping work
HPVC and PP Fills Material
Different infill material are used to accommodate higher temperature process water.
