THC Industrial FRP Counterflow Cooling Tower
THC series is an industrial FRP cooling tower. It is a cross flow open type cooling tower that is especially made for use in corrosive liquid cooling processes, such as cooling sewage water, cooling sea water, cooling chemical fluids, cooling wood, cooling steel plant water, cooling waste water, etc. A strong, fully FRP-constructed building with exceptional corrosion resistance and long service life in corrosive water circumstances.

THC towers are heavy-duty, counter-flow cooling towers that are field-erected and specially created for each site’s unique thermal requirements. THC cooling towers are extensively employed in all industrial sectors, including the chemical, steel, petrochemical, electricity, refinery, paper pulp, and big HVAC applications.
The cooling tower’s pultruded structural elements result in a designed framework with outstanding quality, dependability, and safety. The strength of structural pultrusion is comparable to that of steel under tension and compression. Fiberglass is immune to deterioration and resistant to a wide variety of corrosive substances.
Fan Cylinders:
Fan cylinders made of fiberglass reinforced polyester use the “Aero Dynamic Contour” design. With this design, there is almost no tolerance for fan blade tip clearance and minimal air obstruction in the tower.
Filling:
All fill materials have been created for maximum performance, and our skilled engineers will work with you to choose the best film fill for your unique application. The corrugated PVC fills must be resistant to UV rays, organic/inorganic solvents, acids, alkalis, and other substances typically present in cooling tower waters. For counterflow towers, splash type fills is an additional option, this design provides optimal strength, better splash surface, reduced pressure drop, and anti-fouling capabilities.
Cooling Tower Nozzle:
Spray nozzle is an essential part of water distribution for large cooling towers, it ensures equal distribution of water to the cooling system. These nozzles are manufactured using optimum quality raw material, owing to their features like corrosion resistance, easy usage, high durability and optimum performance.
Handrail and Caged Ladder
Provide fall protection for the climber in case slips while climbing or walking on cooling tower.
Premium Efficiency Motor
Other efficiency motors (IE2/ IE3 / IE4) are avaialble for energy saving and green building index.
Vibration Cut-Off Switch
Senses vibration and triggers alarm to shuts down the machine if vibration exceeds the threshold level.
Automatic Lubrication System
Lubricates the bearing continuously while the machine is working, which improves the distribution of lubricant.
FRP Fan Blades
Provide the desired non-corrosive quality to the fan blades, resulting the operation of fans in the very aggressive environment.
