TCR Crossflow Closed Circuit Cooling Tower
TCR Series is a closed looped or closed circuit cooling tower, induced draft cross flow, film filled, FRP multi-cell cooling tower. Closed circuit cooling tower is suitable for HVAC applications and manufacturing processes which require high quality unpolluted clean water. The heat exchange coil packs are made of seamless deoxidized copper or stainless steel tubes with high heat transfer efficiency and anticorrosion.

Keep the System Clean and Contaminant-Free:
Two Distinct Fluid Circuits are Formed:
- An external circuit in which spray water runs over the coil and mixes with the ambient air;
- An inside circuit in which the process fluid that has to be cooled circulates.
- When the device is running, heat is transported from the warm fluid in the coil to the spray water and some of the water evaporates to the atmosphere. In addition to chiller applications and industrial process cooling, closed circuit cooling towers are often used with heat pump systems, where closed loop cooling is required.
The best heat transfer and anticorrosion properties are achieved by the use of seamless deoxidized copper tubes in heat exchange coil packs. A non-corrosive coil is provided by the copper structure for a longer service life. Instead of having a single heat exchange coil pack on each side of the tower, it is divided into 4–5 sets so that they are lightweight, simple to disassemble, and offer a flexible operation so that, in the event that one or more of them need to be repaired, the remaining coil packs can continue to function.
