MLZ Crossflow Fill
MLZ is a hanging type crossflow fill that includes a highly effective cellular drift eliminator and integrated with an air inlet louver. It spreads water through a thin film over large vertical surfaces, encouraging maximum exposure to air flow for improved cooling efficiency. Compared to splash type fill, this fill style offers significantly greater water surface exposure.
Particularly ideal for cooling towers used for industrial purposes, such as those employed in the processing of waste water, chemical plants, the textile sector, and situations where unclean water (water that has silt, fiber, oil, etc.) is processed.

Drift Eliminator
High-performance celluar drift eliminators are incorporated into the film and integrally molded within the fill sheets to reduce costs.
Hanging Fill
Uses a hanging film to distribute the water out into a thin layer that flows across big vertical surfaces to maximize exposure to air flow.
Direct Airflow
Direct airflow to the fan is released via the drift eliminators. Lower fan horsepower results from discharge air leaving the eliminators moving in the right direction.
Integral Louvers
Louvers that are integrally molded into the fill sheets ensure perfect air distribution despite significant fluctuations in airflow and prevent water from evaporating.
