Axial Impeller Fan
Threcell uses axial impeller fans that are designed specifically for cooling towers. The wide hollow aluminum alloy extruded blades is suited for low noise operation as well, delivering maximum air flow and pressure capability at reduced speed. Each fan blade is connected to a heavy-galvanized iron ring fan hub. The blades can be adjusted to get the correct pitch by releasing the hub attachment, allowing for the best possible fan horsepower consumption

Adjustable Pitch Blade:
The axial impellers are adjustable pitch fans come with a range of blade profiles (FRP pultruded or aluminum extruded) and diameters. A high-quality steel shaft connects the blades to the hub in both conventional and reverse mounting.
Fast and Simple Assembly:
Each blade of the U hub is clamped by two hot dip galvanized U-bolts, which are comprised of a forged piece of steel that has been machined. The fan assembly is much faster and simpler with this technique because each blade can be placed independently.
